Is Your Event Really Wrapped Up?

Summary Chart created for ASU ShapingEDU Winter Games as a conference wrap up.

I’ve been amazed at how resilient event planners have been throughout the past few months. Some of the virtual events I’ve graphic recorded have been as good or even better than in-person. Attendance is often higher and sought after speakers more available with travel not being part of the equation. Having more attendees from around the world adds much needed diversity of thought and has created greater opportunities for collaboration.

More and more companies are bringing in graphic recorders to visually capture key themes and highlights from keynotes, plenaries and brainstorming sessions. These session graphic recordings are shared throughout the event while attendees watch them come to life in real time.

Once the event is over, what better way to wrap it up than with a graphic summary chart highlighting the key themes from the entire event in one visual? It’s a wonderful follow up gift to send to attendees as either a time-lapse video, digital mural, or you can go all out and print large posters and mail them as an extra special gift.
