Leadership Training
During a Leadership Training Workshop that I graphic recorded, I enjoyed the Management Styles segment which is based on using DISC. It uses a similar format to the Meyers Briggs test but it's not focused on personality, just work style. It's great for coworkers to understand each others styles so they can better work with each other, stop taking things personally, and have more respect for each other.
