Creating a Vision Map for ASMP Colorado

I had a terrific time partnering with facilitator Phyllis Lundy of Lundy Leadership to help ASMP Colorado visualize the future state of their organization.  Phyllis broke the group of 27 participants into smaller groups for timed brainstorming sessions. We started by talking about the current state of the organization and the challenges they're facing. We then asked them to think about and visualize their ideal future state. Lastly, we helped them to come up with 3 action steps to get them from current to future state. The map below is the result of their shared ideas and vision.
